Come join your friends and neighbors for an afternoon of fun at Shallowford Lakes' first of many, summer cornhole tournaments. This is your chance to let your neighbors know that you're better than them! Find your partner and get ready!
16 team slots available. More will be added if the interest is there.
Entry Fee $20.00 per team CASH ONLY (pay in person the day of event)
SINGLE ELIMINATION (a round will consist of 3 games, best out of 3 will advance to the next round)
Where does the entry fee money go?
1/2 goes to the Shallowford lakes pool fund.
The other 1/2 of the cash goes to the winning team. (prize subject to # of participating teams)

4th of July Neighborhood Parade
Annual 4th of July Parade
Meet at the Hilary Court cul-de-sac at 9:30am in your most festive clothing, with your decorated bikes, scooters, strollers or golf cart! We will take some pictures of all the cuteness, and then proceed around the block to end at the pool parking lot. It’s so much fun, the kids love it, and it is a sweet tradition. Please join us!
The pool opens to HOMEOWNERS ONLY at 10am, general membership is welcome after 11am.

Pool Opens for the 2023 Season!
The Shallowford Lakes Swimming Pool Opens for the 2023 Season
New diving board! New roof! New bathroom sinks! New lounge chairs! Freshly painted outdoor furniture! Beautiful fiberglass pool liner, which was new last year! Snack bar will be open!
Guest passes $5 per person (regardless of age), per visit, and each account/member family is allowed a maximum of 5 guests per day at the pool. MEMBER MUST BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME THE GUEST IS AT THE POOL
Paddle & Pancakes at the SLA Pool Lake
Join us for kayaking/boating/paddleboarding across the pool lake. A hearty pancake breakfast will be served. FREE. OPEN TO SHALLOWFORD LAKES RESIDENTS ONLY.

Annual Dues Deadline
Annual dues for the fiscal year, October 1, 2022-September
30, 2023 will be $620.00. This year HOA dues will include pool membership for your household. The 2022-
2023 annual homeowner’s dues are due and payable now.
Please pay $620.00 by February 28, 2023. Payments received after March 31, 2023 will incur a $37.20 late

Join us for the 1st Annual Shallowford Lakes Turkey Trot and Bake Sale!
5K fun run/walk through the neighborhood.
Thanksgiving Day - November 24th - 8AM
Wear Fun Thanksgiving Colors! If you can, bring something for the bake sale and the end of the run. All proceeds will go to the SLA Pool for needed upgrades and repairs this year. Open to all HOA residents and pool members, household guests welcome also.
