***Home Swim Meets – The pool will close early for general membership, at 4pm, to allow for transition to Swim Meet/Set Up (dates are subject to change/rescheduling due to weather events)
Public Family Membership $525
TWO adults ONLY, age 18+, and any legally dependent children living (less than 21 years of age) within the same household outside of the Shallowford Lakes HOA neighborhood boundaries.
PLEASE BE ADVISED: We are no longer allowing multi generational accounts (ie. Grandparents, adult children and grandchildren), separate family/couple accounts must be purchased, regardless of living arrangements. If you have extended stay houseguests, a request for access to the pool must be submitted to the pool director via email at pooldirector@shallowfordlakeshoa.com and will be reviewed by the Shallowford Lakes Board for approval before being added to your account and all membership requirements (photo, name, birthdate) must be submitted before access will be granted.
Public Couple Membership $325
TWO adults, both age 18+, within the same household outside of the Shallowford Lakes HOA neighborhood boundaries.
OR
One adult, age 18+ AND ONE child, less than age 18, living in the same household, residing outside of the boundaries of the HOA neighborhood. Anything over one child requires a family membership.
Public Single Membership $275
ONE adult, age 18+, living outside of the Shallowford Lakes HOA neighborhood boundaries.
Guest passes $5 per person (regardless of age), per visit
Each Account/member family is allowed a maximum of 5 guests per day at the pool.
MEMBER MUST BE PRESENT THE ENTIRE TIME THE GUEST IS AT THE POOL
Guest passes will not roll-over to next pool season, and are non-refundable.
Shallowford Lakes Pool Membership Rules of Conduct
Listed below are actions or behaviors that are prohibited at the pool:
No firearms or weapons are allowed on the Shallowford Lakes Pool Property, beginning at our
parking lot entrance.
No disposal diapers – swim diapers only.
No cutoff jeans. Proper swim attire is required.
No glass containers.
No smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco
No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
No metal toys. Small inflatable and rubber toys may be used. If conditions are crowded, life guards may request the removal of all toys.
No toys, water wings, or floatation devices of any kind are allowed past the rope in the deep end.
No diving in less than 9’ of water.
No pets within the fenced area of the pool. Pets cannot be left unattended outside the fenced area.
No spitting, gum chewing, or nose blowing in or around the pool.
No running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, or causing undue disturbance in or around the pool.
No bikes, skates, or skateboards within the fenced pool area.
No objectionable behavior or language of any type.
An adult must accompany all children under age 12 while at the pool
When using the diving board, wait until the area under the board is clear of swimmers
The lifeguard chairs are off limits to all persons
Even though life guards are on duty, parents are ultimately responsible for the safety and conduct of their children
All persons must leave the pool and pool deck during an electrical storm or imminent threat of a storm. The manager, assistant manager, and the guards hold the responsibility for this safety measure and their decision must be respected
Guests at the pool must be accompanied by a pool member. A guest fee of $5 per day is required. Shallowford Lakes residents cannot be guests at the pool, as they are required to have their own paid memberships.
Pool personnel have the authority to enforce these rules. The consequence for a serious pool rule violation will be expulsion from the pool and pool membership revocation without reimbursement. The SLA Board of Directors has the sole authority to grant reinstatement and requests must be made in writing.
All paid members are required to to sign an acknowledgement of rules during their registration process.
Pool Parties
Each member family may purchase up to 5 guest passes @ $5 each from the front desk, daily, without needing to schedule a “party”.
Pool party payments are for entrance fees, the use of the two wooden picnic tables, and two umbrellas for the two hour time period.
Pool Parties are scheduled by the Pool Director, and availability is limited by lifeguard staff and pool occupancy limits. They are available 7 days a week, ONLY between 5pm-7pm (off-peak hours), and are NOT available for booking on major holidays, as our attendance levels are higher on those days already.
Fees are due upon confirmation.
0-10 guests: $100
11-20 guests: $175
