Annual dues for the fiscal year, October 1, 2022-September 30, 2023 will be $620.00. This year HOA dues will include pool membership for your household. The 2022- 2023 annual homeowner’s dues are due and payable now. Please pay $620.00 by February 28, 2023. Payments received after March 31, 2023 will incur a $37.20 late charge.
